At Luxe we want you to be completely in love with your purchase. But if it doesn't work out please refer to our return policy below on how to send it back to us for an exchange or store credit!
- Items must be unworn, unwashed with original tags and packaging.
- We do not accept returns on sale items.
- We have the right to refuse a return if it does not meet these requirements.
15 Day Return Policy:
You may receive store credit or exchange for items mailed back to us within 15 days of the delivery date that is provided by USPS. Returns must be postmarked by the 15th day from the delivery day. The 15 day timeframe includes holidays and weekends.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please email us at email@example.com, include your order number and let us know what you would like to exchange. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We process all of our returns within 7 business day of receiving the item(s). You will receive an email approving your return once it has been received and inspected. After processing, your new item will be shipped out in 3-5 business days. If you are receiving store credit, you will receive an email when processed.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you believe your garment has a fault and we will handle it with our highest priority. Please include order number and pictures of the garment in your email.
